Megan Rhett, MS


                       Megan is a graduate

                               of Penn State with a 

                             masters in applied behavior

 analysis. Megan has extensive experience working with children with Autism and other pervasive developmental disorders.  Megan joined the Southlake Autism team in 2014 and relocated to Florida

                             Natasha Bascombe, BS



                                        Natasha is BCaBA and a graduate of Penn State. She is currently working

                                        on her masters degree. She is a lead therapist whose duties include

                                        supervision of behavior therapists and staff education. Her clinical

                                        experience includes working with children with Autism, treating feeding disorders, learning difficulties as well as social skills, potty training and treating children with aggressive behaviors.

Natasha advocates for clients regularly in IEP meetings as well as offers parent and teacher training for her clients. Natasha joined the Southlake Autism team in 2013.


                                             Terri Howard, BCBA

                                            Terri is the founder and director of Southlake

                                            Autism and Behavior Services. After enjoying a 

                                            career in nursing, Terri became a master level Board

                                            Certified Behavior Analyst and earned a masters

                                            degree in special education with a specialization in

                                            Autism and a degree in research psychology.

Terri has a unique set of skills that allows her to co- treat with mental health providers as well as physicians to provide the best outcomes possible for her clients. She is experienced in treating Autism, Down Syndrome, aggressive behavior disorders, learning disorders, PTSD, phobias, desensitization to medical procedures as well as treating inappropriate sexual behaviors.

Terri has presented education seminars to schools, parent groups and special interest organization on behavior analytic topics as well as presented live world-wide webinars on Autism related topics.

                          Jamie  Stanley-Bahnsen, BS


                                    Jamie completed her undergraduate degree

                                    in Psychology at Florida State. She has worked

                                    in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 15 years. Jamie joined our Southlake Autism and Behavior Services team in 2014.

                                Sarah Bryce, BS BCaBA

                                          Sarah completed her undergraduate degree

                                          in Psychology at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg,

                                          Florida. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior

Analysis for 12 years. Sarah began her career as an animal trainer at Sea World Orlando, learning and applying the principles of operant conditioning. She looks forward to completing the certification requirements so that she can continue her career as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Sarah joined our Southlake Autism and Behavior Services team inFebruary 2014.

Liz Honsinger

Liz relocated from Tampa, Florida in 2012 to join the Southlake Autism Team. She currently works as an administrative assistant and new client coordinator. Liz is in charge of all things fun and food related at the office. She keeps the Autism Center stocked, clean and organized.

                        Ashley Abbott BT

                      Ashley joined the Southlake Autism team in 2015. She enjoys working with older children 7 to 12 years old.

                              Jenna Campbell, BCBA


                                        Jenna is a Board Certified

                                        Behavior Analyst and holds a M.Ed in Special Education

                                        from Cleveland State University and aBA/BS Degree in Psychology and Business from Baldwin-Wallace College. Jenna also holds an active teaching certificate in the State of Ohio. Upon completing her undergraduate degrees, she began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis working at The Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism in Cleveland, OH in 2007 as a Classroom Behavior Therapist working with children with autism and other related disabilities. In 2010, she was promoted to an Outreach Behavior Consultant working with patients and parents in home and school settings. Also, in 2010, Jenna was selected to be the Assistant Director of their Social S.P.I.E.S. Program targeting social thinking skills for children diagnosed with High Functioning Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome. In 2013, Jenna was promoted into a Sr. Outreach Behavior Consultant role where she helped supervise the outreach department with a staff of 5. Jenna also provided after school services as a tutor and was also a counselor in the Cleveland Clinic Summer Treatment Program for children with ADHD/ADD while attending college. Jenna moved to the Orlando, Florida area to join the Southlake Autism and Behavior Services team in 2013

Cindy Marcotte, BA BCaBA

Cindy attended Florida State

University and completed her

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

at the University of Central FL.

With experience ranging from in-home therapy to institutional rehabilitation she has sculpted an expertise in Intensive Behavioral Challenges while working in a program headed by Behavioral Science pioneer, Dr. Judith Favell. During her years working in Intensive Behavior Therapy, Cindy gained a practical working knowledge in the authoring of Behavior Treatment Plans, submitting defense against Peer Review Panels and working directly with Human Rights Committees. Cindy's motto: "It's not a problem; it's a challenge..."
